On the afternoon of July 12, 2017, Song Jianping, general manager of Zhejiang San Jiang Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhang Hongliang, deputy chief engineer of Zhejiang San Jiang Chemical Co., Ltd., Lu Yinyan, HR director of Zhejiang San Jiang Chemical Co., Ltd. came to visit SPA. Gao Ju, principal of SPA, and leaders of relevant departments, received the visitors warmly.
At the meeting, Song Jianping introduced the development of the enterprise, demands of development and future plans, etc. He said that Zhejiang San Jiang Chemical Co., Ltd. belongs to San Jiang Jia Hua Group, which is an industry cluster including 6 enterprises as the core, such as San Jiang Chemical Co., Ltd, Zhejiang San Jiang Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xing Xing Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd., etc. The group sets sight on the future, features chemicals and new materials and layouts enterprise development and transformation reasonably based on the 13th Five-Year Plan. Meanwhile, he added that the enterprise is facing the challenge of human resources and other issues, so how to gain human resources reserve for future development efficiently and reasonably is a priority, which needs a long-term cooperation mechanism with schools.
