On the morning of December 1, 2017, Party Branch of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park and Party Committee of SPA Pairing Grants Activity was held in the meeting room of the Office Building of SPA temporary teaching place. Sun Jiayi from 160 Chemical Engineering Class, Xie Xingqi from 170 Chemical Engineering Class, Zhong Zheng from 161 Electronics Class and Ni Qiyuan from 161 Electromechanical 03 Class attended the pairing activity.
At the beginning of the activity, the people attending the meeting made brief self-introductions to each other. After that, Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of SPA, delivered a speech. First of all, he introduced the history of SPA's development and the cooperation history between SPA and SCIP. Lin Guoxin emphasized that it has been a long time since SPA established cooperation with SCIP. It was SCIP that helped SPA shake off difficulties at the toughest period. So SPA will forever keep the solidarity and compassion that comes from SCIP in mind and the story of SPA and SCIP will always be one of the most splendid chapters in SPA's history. SPA expects longer, broader and deeper cooperation with SCIP by means of jointly establishing projects, sharing resources, planning activities together, winning mutual benefits, etc. to reinforce the communications among Party organizations and to achieve more cooperation. By integrating resources and forming joint force, SPA and SCIP are sure to have more beneficial cooperation.
Next, Li Juan, branch Party secretary of Chemical Engineering Department, Zhou Weiqian, class teacher, and Chen Wenbo, class teacher, introduced the school performances of the four students to the people present. Student representative, Zhong Zheng, expressed his gratitude to SCIP for their support and care. They will study harder to repay the society. The help from SCIP makes the students feel the warmth from the society.
Du Zhiwei, the 2nd branch Party secretary of Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., felt satisfied when he saw the four diligent and energetic students. He hoped that the pairing activity will not only bring financial aid but also spiritual care to the students. Meanwhile, he hoped that SCIP will strengthen pairing and cooperation with SPA and conduct cooperation projects based on the Nineteenth Congress Report.
