On January 31, 2018, ahead of the arrival of the 40th anniversary of the founding of SPA, a commentary titled《Deepening Industry-Education Integration & School-Enterprise Cooperation with an International Vision —— SPA Explores International School-Running Methods》was published on the Column of Teaching in Jiefang Daily three days after the Unveiling Ceremony of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy AHK Sino-German Chemical Training Base. Journalists from Jiefang Daily, Wu Junying and Yu Xiaojun, came to visit SPA one month before and conducted in-depth communication with leaders of SPA to have a thorough and clear idea of the details and procedures of the unveiling ceremony. The article presents the international school-running development of SPA comprehensively in the past years and the prominent achievements it has made by deepening industry-education integration and implementing school-enterprise cooperation.
