On the occasion of arrival of the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 40th anniversary of the founding of SPA, SPA held the 2nd SPA Staff Forum on June 5, 2018 in order to reinforce morality construction, to create a fine atmosphere of morality, and to collectively demonstrate SPA's spiritual and humanistic style.
Gao Ju, deputy Party secretary & principal of SPA, delivered an enthusiastic speech, in which he mentioned that the spiritual culture accumulated in the development of SPA is the most profound soft power and cultural soil in which the new magnificent development of SPA should be rooted. In the 40 years' development, various tasks have been carried out steadily and substantially and great achievements have been made. The original intention of SPA Staff Forum is to advocate positive energy, to transfer truth, goodness and beauty, to give full play to the leading demonstration role, and to create positive cultural atmosphere. Gao Ju hoped that all the staff should learn from the models and their positive energy, promote individual morality, enhance the overall concept, be dedicated to the job of teaching and educating students, and live a wonderful and fulfilled life with excellent educational performance.
At the forum, the presentation teams from 6 Party branches presented the typical and moving deeds of 6 advanced teams by means of speeches under the theme of "Bearing Initial Aspirations and Responsibilities in Mind, Striving to Pioneer with Great Missions".
Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of SPA, thought highly of this activity. He expressed that there are new features at the 2nd SPA Staff Forum. The presentations are closely tailored to the theme. The presenters tell moving stories in simple language to reflect the highlights of the advanced teams, which provokes deep thought and motivation among teachers. This year's forum focuses on team collaboration, the power of which is unlimited. The activities are splendid and innovative. The presentations have a great educational effect on the people present. Lin Guoxin emphasized in the end that the name card of SPA Staff Forum has been created. However, we need to establish a long-term effective mechanism, expand the influence inside and outside school, provide strong ideological guidance, spiritual power and mental support for the development of SPA.
The activity "Bearing Initial Aspirations and Responsibilities in Mind, Striving to Pioneer with Great Missions" represents the responsibilities of SPA staff in the new era and presents the characteristics of all the staff. All the staff express the same wish that they will work harder, learn from the typical models, strive to create new development, and present gifts for the arrival of the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 40th anniversary of the founding of SPA.
