2018 Evonik APN Summer Camp Closing Ceremony

On the afternoon of July 13, 2018 Evonik APN Summer Camp Closing Ceremony was held in Evonik Xin Zhuang Site. Cheng Danian, head of Human Resources of Evonik Greater China Region, Chad, Resource & Efficiency, Dr. Rainer, Function & Material, Linda Zhou, Nutrient & Consumption Chemicals, Zhang Hong, HR business partner, Jiang Fangping, deputy director of General Administration Office of SPA, Jin Lei, class teacher, and all the trainees of the camp, attended the closing ceremony, which was hosted by Kira Tan, Evonik HR.

First of all, Jin Lei recalled the 2-week summer camp. The course of the summer camp involved outward bound training and professional knowledge. During the theoretical study and practical operations, all the trainees actively participated in every activity. In the outward bound training, cooperative teams were formed, in which every team member played a different role and fulfilled his function. They listened attentively at class, took part in discussions and practice with teachers. The photos and videos taken during the training reminded the trainees of the meaningful 2-week training. Through sincere communication and mutual support, friendship has been established among them.

Cheng Danian made a summary, in which he extended his sincere congratulations to all the trainees for the successful completion of the camp, his gratitude for their hard work, and his expectations for their future.

The leaders presented the completion certificates and outstanding trainee certificates to the trainees. Fang Guangwei from Evonik Specialty (Nanjing) Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Zhang Hongping from Nanning Evonik Caojing MUSC received the two outstanding trainee certificates this year.

Two outstanding trainees delivered speeches respectively, expressing their heartfelt thanks to SPA and enterprises for the elaborate arrangements and plans for the summer camp. They have gained not only QSHE knowledge, MBTI method, relevant theory and operation skills of chemical technology during the training but also the friendship among the employees of Evonik. In addition, they sincerely thank the staff of SPA for the logistic services. They have achieved much more than expected. However, the training span is limited, so they need to spend more time in digesting the knowledge and skills after the training, apply what have been learned during the training to their work, share the knowledge and skills with the peers of the enterprise, and study with them together.

Trainees also communicated with Evonik managing personnel representatives about the issues they were concerned about. The representatives explained patiently the development and plan of Evonik, further education of employees and other issues of mutual concern.

The Evonik APN Summer Camp concluded with a group photo joyfully.
