On the afternoon of October 22, 2018, the opening ceremony of the 1st SPA NC "Hanbell AHK International Class" was grandly held in the meeting hall of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. Ke Yongcang, general manager of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhou Quanhong, production manager of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Li Na, manager of Managing Section of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Wang Yunfei, director of Human Resources of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Gao Ju, principal of SPA, Gu Jianping, deputy director of Electromechanical Department of SPA, Lu Juan, deputy director of Electromechanical Department of SPA, Jiang Fangping, deputy director of General Administration Office of SPA, teachers of Electromechanical Department and Enrollment and Employment Office of SPA, students of Hanbell International Class and their parents, attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Xu Wei from the Managing Section of Hanbell.
The opening ceremony was officially held at 1 p.m. Ke Yongcang delivered a speech for the opening of AHK International Class. First of all, he extended warm welcome to SPA leaders, teachers, students and parents. He introduced the current development situation and development plan of Hanbell to the people present. He put forward five proposals to the first Hanbell AHK International Class students: Learn to invest in themselves to make themselves better and stronger; Make full use of every opportunity to improve themselves both at school and at work and tap complementary advantages to benefit themselves as much as possible; Learn to manage their own time to enhance learning capability; Learn to cope with obstacles and frustration, find out the solutions to the problems and learn from the difficulties; Learn to care for others including parents, teachers and classmates. The five proposals exactly reflect the corporate culture and value of Hanbell.
Next, Principal Gao Ju made a speech. He sincerely extended thanks to Hanbell for the cordial reception, gratitude to parents for their arrival and congratulations to the 36 students of the AHK International Class. He pointed out that Hanbell is an outstanding Shanghai manufacturing enterprise, so the intelligent processing and demands of first-line talents conform to international advanced standards. SPA has been devoted to running the school internationally. Since the completion of AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base, the influence of the base has been radiated to Shandong, Sichuan, etc. Gao Ju sincerely hoped that the school-enterprise cooperation will be better, closer and longer. At last, he expected all the students of the 1st Hanbell AHK International Class to possess solid knowledge, exquisite skill, superb quality, sense of safety, team and collective, capability of communication and life-long learning.
Class teacher Tang Haojie delivered a speech as a teacher representative. He promised to try his best in the aspects including education and teaching, family-school communication, etc. to improve students' vocational skills and professional qualities. Qi Yue, part-time teacher of Hanbell, mentioned that the school-enterprise cooperation will be a success by making complementary advantages of SPA's school-running features and Hanbell's equipment and talents system. Sun Peilin, made a solemn pledge on behalf of all the students of the 1st Hanbell International Class that they would set specific goals, take a correct attitude towards study, train their minds, enhance the sense of team cooperation, and become an outstanding employee of the enterprise in the near future.
After the ceremony, parents and students watched the VCR of the enterprise to know more about the development course, dominant products and corporate culture of Hanbell. After that, the visitors were divided into two groups, led by Zhou Quanhong and Li Na, respectively, visited the procession and assembly workshops of Hanbell. During the visit, parents and students were shown and explained the production module, procession procedures, manufacturing methods, etc.
The 1st Hanbell AHK International Class symbolized the substantial implementation of cooperation consensus reached by Hanbell and SPA, which is another important achievement of promoting the internationalization of SPA. This is also another further exploration and practice of Numerical Control Technology Application of SPA in the aspect of talent cultivation model of school-enterprise cooperation and engineering combination to fully exert the advantages of school and enterprise.
