In order to adapt to the development needs of newly-emerging industries and adjust & optimize the structure of majors of SPA, on the morning of October 23, 2018, Gao Ju, principal of SPA, Xu Weidong, director of Electromechanical Department of SPA, Jiang Fangping, deputy director of General Administration Office of SPA, visited Shanghai Hola Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. to discuss the issues of school-enterprise cooperation. Wang Yu introduced the business scope and development course of the enterprise in detail. He mentioned, with the rapid development of AI, IoT, big data, infor-communications and industrialization, ICV technology has made great breakthroughs and become mature gradually. Shanghai Hola Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. hopes to cooperate with SPA from the "source", which can efficiently satisfy the needs of highly-skilled talents during the transformation of ICV under the new era background. Gao Ju introduced SPA's basic situation, highlighting the cooperation experience SPA has achieved in chemical professional talent cultivation with German enterprises in the past decade. Gao Ju expressed that with the guidance of German AHK Vocational Qualification Standard, SPA will promote the construction of automotive electronics technology and carry out cooperation with enterprises in the aspects including design of talent cultivation, development of curriculum, construction of training base inside and outside SPA, etc. to cultivate talents catering to the needs of newly-emerging industries.
