In order to expand school-enterprise cooperation scope and enrich school-enterprise cooperation model, on the morning of November 22, 2018, Gao Ju, principal of SPA, Gu Jianping, deputy director of Electromechanical Department of SPA, Jiang Fangping, deputy director of General Administration Office of SPA, visited CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. Hong Yuan, vice general manager of CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. and Bao Weiwei, deputy director of HR of CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. received the visitors warmly.
Hong Yuan extended welcome to the visitors. He recalled the solid cooperation foundation of both sides, introduced fundamental situation of the enterprise and elaborated the requirements and prospects of frontline technicians. Among all the employees of the enterprise, nearly 80 are graduates of SPA, some of whom have become the backbone of the enterprise, added Hong Yuan. He sincerely hoped that both sides continue to expand cooperation, achieve win-win benefits, strengthen communications, deepen exchanges, foster active collaboration, maintain strategic cooperative partnership, and gain common development.
Gao Ju expounded on the development and achievements from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation, international construction of majors, etc. He highly appreciated the prominent status of CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. in the industry, the achievements CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. has achieved and the cooperation both sides have conducted so far. Gao Ju expressed that SPA attaches great importance to the cooperative partnership between SPA and CSSC-MES Diesel Co., Ltd. He was convinced that SPA will cultivate more high-quality technicians for the enterprise, push the cooperation to a new height, and achieve common development and win-win results through closer cooperation in future, such as teachers' practical training in enterprise and inviting enterprise engineers to SPA classrooms.
