Gao Ju addressed in his speech that, through elaborate and in-depth market survey, assessment and preparations, SPA has set up the new major titled "Automotive Electronic Technology Application (Automotive Intelligent Management System Installation and Maintenance)" to better serve Shanghai regional economy as well as the East China regional economic construction and foster more highly-skilled and applied talents suited to market and society. In line with the principles of "tapping complementary advantages, sharing resources, achieving mutual win-win results and common development", school and enterprise will establish close, deep, long-term and all-around cooperation in such areas as school-enterprise cooperation, construction of majors, introduction of AHK International Qualification Certificate, the building of production-teaching-research base, co-construction of Party and League.
Hu Chiyan lauded that all favorable timing factors contributed to the school-enterprise cooperation. New energy and intelligent connected vehicle provide fresh opportunities for the development of the industry, which boosts a great demand for talents. Shanghai is the city where new energy and intelligent connected vehicles have gained the fastest pace of development and prevalence. The support from Jinshan Education Bureau, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Shanghai Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center and CCIFC constitutes concerted efforts for the cooperation. Hu Chiyan noted that the trilateral cooperation will be bound to bolster the common development of education and industry in the aspects of production, teaching, research and application and finally achieve win-win outcomes of the cooperation.
Faced with intellectualization, automation, network connection and sharing of the automotive industry, how we integrate the resources of government, industry and education to accelerate the cultivation of technical talents of automotive enterprises is the priority. Li Lin expressed that Shanghai Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center will provide training base for SPA, carry out related practical training courses, offer technical personnel to help develop curriculum and cultivate personnel for SPA. Through the trilateral production-teaching-research cooperation, they will foster higher-quality complex talents, optimize the innovative environment and promote the development of automotive industry.
