German Industry and Commerce Greater China Visits SPA

On the morning of January 8th, 2019, leaders from German Industry and Commerce Greater China led by Simone Pohl, commissioner general of German Industry and Commerce Greater China and Jan Jovy, general manager of German Industry and Commerce Greater China, visited SPA. Gao Ju, principal of SPA, Huang Hanjun, vice principal of SPA and Sun Shuguang, chairman of Labour Union of SPA, received the guests warmly.

The guests visited School History Museum, Chemical Industry and Human Science Exhibition Hall, Cross-enterprise Training Center and AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base. Upon their arrival, Gao Ju extended warm welcome to the guests led by Simone Pohl. During the visit, Gao Ju introduced the development course of SPA, emphasizing the joint Sino-German school-enterprise cooperation, introduction of AHK dual training standards, implementation of internationalization of majors and other related issues. Simone Pohl highly applauded SPA's development philosophy, facilities, achievements which have been made during the past few decades. She hoped for more prosperous cooperation and a long-term cooperation mechanism. Both sides reached consensus on next-phase cooperation to better serve German enterprises and to accelerate win-win Sino-German cooperation.

SPA will proactively integrate resources, give full play to its advantages, optimize Sino-German AHK chemical vocational education and training platform, promote communications and cooperation in talent cultivation of vocational education and training, and eventually contribute to the development of regional economy.

Christine Mueller, vice general manager of German Industry and Commerce Greater China, Constanze Wang, assistant to commissioner general, Chen Liwei, deputy director of Vocational Education of German Industry and Commerce Greater China, leaders and teachers from General Administration Office of SPA and related departments of SPA attended the inspection and communication activity.
