On the morning of Jan. 24, 2019, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy held "Industry Master" (Chemical Technology) Localization Training and Certificate Project development seminar. Huang Hanjun, vice principal of SPA, Yan Xiaoli, director of Internationalization Office of SPA, Shao Zhe, director of Chemical Engineering Department of SPA and all the members of working group attended the seminar.
At the seminar, Yan Xiaoli elaborated on the framework of "Industry Master" Localization Training and Certificate Project. The design of the framework is aligned with the principles of "Industry Master" Training and Certificate issued by German Federal Government. Training courses are mainly divided into several parts, namely, cross-enterprise training module (4 sub-modules), production skills training module (14 sub-modules) and vocational training & labor education capabilities module. The training involves the combination of face-to-face training, independent learning and enterprise practice. Yan Xiaoli also expounded on the subjects, contents and duration of exams.
Huang Hanjun noted that the implementation of this task called for close collaboration between SPA teachers and enterprise experts. Modular tasks will be assigned to each member of working group. They will study the implementation contents and assessment standards of various modules during the winter holidays to collaborate with enterprise experts in carrying out the training of modules. It is estimated that medium and high-level enterprise leaders will meet together in March to discuss the substantial contents and details of "Industry Master" Localization Project and the implementation of the project. Special experts will be invited to participate in the task according to the contents and standards of various modules to optimize the "Industry Master" Training and Certificate.
All the members of working group expressed that they would submit the training objectives and contents of modules at the beginning of the new semester by making full use of their time to further study the contents and demands of the training modules to be assigned to them respectively. It is expected that the task will be implemented smoothly and successfully with the joint efforts.
