On April 11, 2019, in order to expand the depth and breadth of cooperation with Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and to meet the needs of talent for the development of enterprise and school, a group led by Chen Ruili, production manager of Cepsa Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., visited SPA to negotiate cooperation with SPA leaders.
Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of SPA, introduced SPA's development history and characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation. He expected further and deeper cooperation with more enterprises. Without the support from and cooperation with enterprises, vocational education won't make great progress, so SPA has been actively promoting school-enterprise cooperation all the time, he added.
For her part, Liu Qiongfei, HD director of Cepsa Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., introduced the present situation of the graduates of Cepsa Class of 2013. At present, 15 out of the 20 graduates are still working at Cepsa Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., 7 of whom have been promoted to higher positions. In view of the low elimination rate and high stability of graduates of SPA, she hoped to maintain long-term school-enterprise cooperation. Cepsa Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. sincerely hopes that SPA teachers and students will visit its site. Cepsa is also willing to send enterprise engineers to give SPA teachers and students lectures. Both sides exchanged ideas and reached preliminary consensus on these two issues. It is expected that both sides will strengthen collaboration and communication, further discuss order-oriented training model and explore new ways of blending enterprise culture into daily teaching at SPA.
