On April 26, 2019, a 4-member group led by Jia Xueqin, HR director of INOV Group and Wang Lili, HR manager of INOV Group Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd., visited SPA, who were warmly received by Principal Gao Ju.
The group visited History Museum of SPA, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Chemical Engineering Training Building and other sites of SPA.
In the meeting room on the 4th floor, both sides conducted communication and exchanges. Gao Ju introduced SPA's basic information to the guests, especially emphasizing the deep school-enterprise cooperation between SPA and BASF, Covestro, Evonik, etc. SPA has been implementing an international school-running model, actively advancing the localization of German Occupational Qualification Standards and adopting dual system talent cultivation mode. The students SPA has fostered are well received and welcomed by enterprises.
Jia Xueqin introduced fundamental situation of INOV Group Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd., which was set up in August, 2005. It has two production sites, namely, Shanghai Dongda PU Co., Ltd. (2005) and Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd (2010). The enterprise has won many honorable titles, such as "Shanghai Hi-tech Enterprise", "Shanghai Science and Technology Center", "Jinshan Patent Pilot Unit", "the 2nd Prize of Jinshan Scientific and Technological Progress". General Party branch of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. was awarded "Warm Homeland" of Party members of Shandong Province working or living in Shanghai. The union of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. was awarded "Shanghai Five-Star Vibrant Union".
Jia Xueqin gave praise to SPA's advanced school-enterprise principles, perfect facilities and orderly training management. She also sang highly of the eight-in-one cooperation model: jointly establishing classes named after enterprises, jointly constructing training bases, jointly fostering teaching teams, jointly creating dialogue mechanism, jointly cultivating enterprise employees, jointly seeking professional development, jointly holding skills competitions and jointly setting up fund, which embodies seamless dovetail between school and enterprises. Jia Xueqin expressed that the enterprise attaches great importance to talent cultivation. She earnestly hoped to have long-term cooperation with SPA by setting up classes named after their enterprise, training post-occupational employees, etc. Wang Lili elaborated on enterprise culture, humanistic care of the enterprise.
Gao Ju noted that it's SPA's duty to serve the development of regional economy and the needs of enterprises. The trust and support from enterprises provides momentum for SPA's continuous development. Both sides expected to strengthen communication and collaboration to implement the cooperation project.
