In order to learn from SPA's German dual localized talent cultivation mode and to accelerate the construction and development of chemical specialty, on the afternoon of May 7th, 2019, two members led by Ye Zhiqiang, principal of Yunnan Honghe Technician College, visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, who were warmly welcomed by Principal Gao Ju.
With the company of Gao Ju, the guests visited the Cross-enterprise Training Center, Numerical Control Open Training Center and Chemical Engineering Training Building. They hailed SPA's chemical training conditions and talent cultivation model.
Both sides conducted discussion communication in the meeting room on the first floor of the Chemical Engineering Training Building. Gao Ju introduced SPA's basic information. He shared the construction and influence of AHK (China) Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base with the two guests. Gao Ju thought that in the course of implementing AHK (China) Sino-German Chemical Occupational Qualification Standards, school should pay close attention to such factors as whether the course set-up is reasonable, whether integrated teaching of theory and practice can be carried out, whether school and enterprises have close cooperation and whether the teachers have a good understanding of dual talent cultivation model. Ye Zhiqiang expressed that this trip to SPA provide excellent methods for them, so they will strengthen collaboration with SPA by sending their core teachers to SPA to exchange ideas and to improve the level of specialty construction.
