On June 17, 2019, a 3-member group led by Liu Youfan, deputy president of Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower and Zhu Xiaojuan, director of Power Engineering at Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Hydropower, and a 4-member group led by Song Yu, general manager of Guangzhou Yide Education Science and Technology Co., Ltd. visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy with an aim to inspect and learn from SPA's Sino-German (AHK) vocational education cooperation and practical implementation and operation of specialty construction. Ze Yubiao, chairman of the Labor Union of SPA, Li Juan, branch Party secretary of Chemical Engineering Department of SPA and Lu Juan, deputy director of Electromechanical Department of SPA received the guests warmly.
With the company of Ze Yubiao, the guests visited School History Museum, Chemical Industry and Human Science Gallery, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Numerical Control Training Center and Chemical Engineering Training Building. During the visit, the guests lauded the well-equipped training rooms and advanced training management.
At the meeting room on the first floor of the Chemical Engineering Training Building, three sides conducted communication and exchanges. Ze Yubiao introduced the basic information of SPA, emphasizing school-enterprise cooperation and specialty internalization of SPA. Three sides also exchanged views on how to solve the problems emerging in the process of acceleration of AHK project like faculty construction, training equipment, students' employment.
During the inspection tour, the visitors hailed SPA's talent cultivation, specialty construction and school-enterprise cooperation. The visit enabled them to witness the results of implementation of SPA's German dual talent cultivation localization. They all expressed that they would strengthen the communication with SPA to pragmatically promote the internationalization of vocational education.
