In order to strengthen the communication between the school and the enterprise and to boost the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation project, on June 19, 2019, Wang Bailian, HR Director of Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd., Chen Ling, Training Engineer, Gan Qianwen, Training Manager, Zhu Haihua, HR Specialist, visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Gao Ju, Principal of SPA, Ze Yubiao, Chairman of the Labor Union of SPA, Xu Weidong, Director of the Electromechanical Department of SPA and Gu Jianping, Director of the Training Center of SPA, received the guests warmly.
Both sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the cultivation of students of enterprise-named classes, faculty training, training room construction, etc. and reached consensus that both sides will continue to have close cooperation to achieve mutual benefits and common development via combination of pre-vocational and post-vocational employee training, co-construction of training rooms, school-enterprise collaborative sports, etc.
In October, 2017, SPA and Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement to jointly cultivate talents. So far, two Santoni International Classes have been set up. In May, 2019, SPA and Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. jointly set up "Production-Teaching Integration Joint Training Room". According to the agreement, Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd. will donate five knitting machines to SPA.
