On the morning of July 10, 2019, in order to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation and to accelerate the enterprise training under international standards, Chen Liwei, deputy director of Vocational Education of German AHK, Huang Yu, director of Basic Chemicals and Industrial Operations Department of Covestro Integrated Site Shanghai came to visit SPA to discuss Meister training with SPA. Principal Gao Ju and Vice Principal Huang Hanjun met with the guests warmly.
With reference to German AHK standards, Meister training project to be implemented by SPA and German-funded enterprises is a kind of training for middle level administrators of enterprises, which is aimed for employees of group leaders level in Chemical companies. The trainees can get Meister certificates issued by German AHK after they pass the examination.
At the seminar, industry, enterprise and school conducted in-depth targeted discussions on Meister localized training and certification projects, ranging from training objectives and training content to training module system and training method. Chen Liwei emphasized that Meister training under AHK standards is a new scope for trilateral close cooperation, so it is expected that all the parties will make full advantage of resources, reach new height of this field via the successful implementation of the project and satisfy the urgent need of the development of industries in other provinces in China. Gao Ju pointed out that the three parties should proactively learn from the latest theories and methods of German vocational training, give full play to the successful experience of the construction of school-enterprise destiny community, implement trilateral close cooperation step by step. During the process of fulfilling the urgent demands of the development of enterprises, the practical strength of running the school will be substantially enhanced. Huang Yu extended his gratitude to AHK for the innovative strategy of training projects. He hoped to perfect the training project via trilateral cooperation and communication and to set up Meister Training Class for group leaders as soon as possible in the bid for providing them with a beneficial and fruitful experience.
