On August 19, 2019 INOV Group New Employees Summer Camp Opening Ceremony jointly organized by Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and Shandong INOV Polyrethane Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the meeting room on the second floor of the Chemical Engineering Training Building of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Dong Jianguo, director of INOV Group, Jia Xueqin, deputy general manager of INOV Group, Jiang Fangping, head of the General Adminstration Office, Gu Jianping, director of Skills Traing Center, Li Juan, branch Party secretary of the Chemical Engineering Department, Pan Zhidong, director of Security Section, other leaders from Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, and all summer camp trainees, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Wang Lili, chairman of the Labor Union of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd.
Gu Jianping made a welcome speech on behalf of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. He expressed warm welcome to the leaders of Shandong INOV Polyrethane Co., Ltd. and all the trainees of the summer camp. In May, 2019, in order to respond to vocational education national development strategy and to further deepen industry-education integration and accelerate school-enterprise cooperation, SPA and Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd held grand signing ceremony of cooperation and unveiling ceremony of "INOV HR Training Base", which marked a new chapter of school-enterprise cooperation. SPA has been attaching great importance to industry-enterprise integration and accelerating the international level of specialty construction. Many years ago, SPA began to cooperate with Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd and selected some graduates for the enterprise. Recently, both sides have conducted several rounds of negotiations and discussions to push forward the deep cooperation between vocational eduction and vocational training. At present, the official holding of 2019 INOV Group New Employees Summer Camp Opening Ceremony marks a new chapter of school-enterprise cooperation. For the time being, 14 INOV employees were graduated from SPA and they are now playing important roles in production, research and development section of INOV Group. Gu Jianping sincerely hoped that all the trainees will grasp more theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the 2-week training and eventually improve their overall professionalism.
Dong Jianguo extended his sincerest thanks to SPA for its excellent support and assistance. Meanwhile, he also put forward expectations. He expected all the trainees to keep INOV corporate culture and spirit in mind to create first rate enterprise and foster first class talent. Dong Jianguo hoped that they will cherish the cooperative opportunity, get satisfactory marks and create learning organizations.
Jiang Fangping presented learning textbooks to the trainee representative. Li Juan introduced the training contents, courses and duration for the trainees. Pan Zhidong made detailed explanation about campus safety, boarding requirements.
After the opening ceremony, Wang Hui gave the first lecture to the trainees. It is expected that with the concerted efforts of various departments of SPA and INOV Group, all the trainees will learn more knowledge in a safe and pleasant environment. Let's together hope for fruitful outcome!
