On the afternoon of August 30, 2019 INOV Group New Employees Summer Camp Closing Ceremony jointly organized by Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and INOV Group was grandly held in the Conference Center of SPA. Xu Jun, Party secretary and president of INOV Group, Gao Ju, principal of SPA and Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of SPA, attended the ceremony. Leaders from HR of INOV, Business Section of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd., teachers from General Administration Office, Skills Training Center, Chemical Engineering Department of SPA and all the trainees of the summer camp attended the grand ceremony, which was presided over by Pang Zhiyan, HR manager of Shandong INOV New Materials Co., Ltd.
On August 17, 87 new employees of INOV Group came to Jinshan, Shanghai from Zibo, Shandong to start their 2-week professional training summer camp. Facilitated by Skills Training Center and assisted by the General Administration Office and General Affairs Office, Chemical Engineering Department and Economy and Trade Department jointly designed and arranged extensive theory and practical operation training courses. Wang Hui, Gan Hongzhen, Jiang Junhua and other teachers delivered lectures like “Safety Theory”, “Chemical Analysis”, “Chemical Warehousing Storage”, etc. during the first week. During the second week, trainees had training courses on pump operation, pilot reactor, energy separation and simulation.
Lin Guoxin awarded the prizes to excellent lecturers during the training.
Gao Ju expressed his heartfelt thanks to INOV’s support for and trust in SPA and extended wonderful wishes to the new employees. Gao Ju added that at present SPA is proactively advancing the project of Meister Certification to continuously improve the international level of specialty construction. Gao Ju sincerely expected that SPA and INOV will have more communication and cooperation in such aspects as talent cultivation, employees training to jointly push forward the deep integration of vocational education and enterprise post-vocational training.
Xu Jun expressed sincere gratitude to SPA for its meticulous attitude and excellent service and earnestly hoped for closer school-enterprise cooperation in future because INOV HR Training Base is now located in SPA.
In May, 2019, SPA and Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. officially signed school-enterprise cooperation agreement. The successful holding of summer camp symbolizes a substantial step towards close school-enterprise cooperation between SPA and INOV Group, which is also a new outcome of deep integration of education and production. Both sides expect further cooperation, make pragmatic innovation, pursue excellence to continually improve employees’ professional ability and comprehensive literacy and jointly cultivate first class talent and craftsman.
