On the afternoon of Nov. 29, in order to accelerate enterprise training work under the international standards smoothly and successfully, Chen Liwei, deputy director Vocational Education of AHK German Industry and Commerce Greater China and Chen Yun,head of Covestro Integrated Site (Shanghai) visited SPA to discuss Meister training issues. Principal Gao Ju and Vice Principal Huang Hanjun met with the guests warmly.
At the meeting, industry, enterprise and school conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the practical implementation plan of Meister localized training. Chen Liwei emphasized that Meister training is a breakthrough in the field of chemical Meister training with German standards localized according to Chinese conditions. The successful implementation of the project will open up a new scope for the intermediate level training of numerous domestic chemical enterprises, which will surely beef up efficient improvement of management capabilities of intermediate level personnel of enterprises. Chen Yun pointed out that, with trilateral collaboration, Meister training plan is bound to be successful. Covestro will firmly and sustainably support the project and expects deep and efficient collaboration. Gao Ju noted that SPA will fully tap its potentials and try to make Meister training meticulous and practical with the support of AHK and Covestro. The win-win and mutually beneficial cooperation will substantially improve SPA’s school-running strength. Three sides reached a consensus that they will maintain close communication, take effective measures, and practically implement Meister training.
Meister training project is a breakthrough of targeted training for enterprise intermediate level management personnel, which mostly involves group leaders of chemical enterprises. After exam and assessment, the trainees will get Meister Certificates issued by German AHK.
Leaders of Operations and Human Resources Department of Covestro Integrated Site (Shanghai),teachers from General Administration Office, International Cooperation Office and Chemical Engineering Department of SPA also attended the meeting.
