The group visited School History Museum, Chemical Engineering and Human Science Exhibition Gallery, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Numerical Control Training Center and Chemical Engineering Training Building to have a clear grasp of training equipment construction and usage. They highly applauded school-enterprise cooperation which closely caters to the demands of enterprises, complete training equipment and standardized training management, etc.
At the meeting, Gao Ju introduced the overall situation of SPA and the origin, functions and services of AHK Sino-German Vocational Training Base as well.
Weng Xingbo pointed out that the refining and chemical integration project of Yushan Green Petrochemical Site has been fully rolled out. In order to better satisfy human resource demands of enterprises and foster more applied technical chemical professionals, Daishan expects to strengthen the cooperation with SPA to learn from the advanced experience of chemical internationalization construction, introduce AHK chemical vocational qualification standards, combine the advantages of two schools to boost the economic development of Daishan via means of establishing training centers and so on. Shi Fangmin introduced the basic situation of School of Petrochemical Technology of Zhejiang International Maritime College.
Gao Ju thought that the development of chemical specialty is based on a complete planning with a high starting point, which also involves the joint participation of school and enterprise. The practical implementation starts from the training of teachers to transform their thoughts and let them support the dual talent training mode. SPA will firmly support the education development of Daishan. Both sides can have further communication and cooperation in specialty construction and teachers’ training, etc.
