In order to further understand enterprise demands and deepen school-enterprise cooperation, on the morning of Dec. 28, a small group led by Gao Ju, Principal of SPA and Gu Jianping, director of Training Center of SPA visited Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. Dong Jianguo, Executive Deputy General Manager of INOV Group (Shanghai), Wang Lili, Human Resources Manager of INOV Group (Shanghai), Xie Yunting, Human Resources Manager of INOV Group (Shanghai) and other company leaders warmly met with the visitors.
With the company of Dong Jianguo and other INOV leaders, Gao Ju visited central control room, laboratories and workshops of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. applies first rate international production equipment, technology and DCS control system. Its products are generally used in application fields like high-speed railway, building materials, daily chemical, water resources and hydropower, underground and tunnel and energy-saving appliances.
After the visit, both sides conducted discussion and exploration on deepening school-enterprise integration. At the meeting room, Gao Ju watched the INOV video produced by Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dongda Polyrethane Co., Ltd. New materials adds new colors to the world. Chemical companies are making unremitting effort to create better life for mankind. Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dongda Polyrethane Co., Ltd. will adhere to struggle-oriented road to build a shared biosphere.
Wang Lili introduced INOV Group to the visitors, including developmental process, achievement, sales revenue, honor, product system, research and development process, research and development strength, organizational structure, growth of employees, enterprise culture, social responsibilities and Party and League work, etc. Wang Lili especially recalled the cooperation process of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and INOV Group. On April 16, 2019, INOV Group leaders visited SPA for the first time. On May 30, both sides signed school-enterprise cooperation framework. During the summer, SPA successfully organized summer camp training for 98 newly-employed INOV workers, the effects of which were highly welcomed and praised by INOV leaders. On Dec. 13, 2019, with the assistance of Chemical Engineering Department and Training Center of SPA, the oral defense of the new apprenticeship system of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. was smoothly completed.
Gao Ju introduced SPA's major work this year and explored and discussed next year's cooperative fields with company leaders. By fully understanding company demands, SPA will gradually accelerate company-named class and scholarship. Meanwhile, SPA sincerely expects to select core teachers to join enterprise projects like technology development. Gao Ju expressed that school will strengthen communication with enterprise and better training content to provide higher-quality training for INOV employees and to achieve the goal of serving enterprises and society.
Dong Jianguo promised that Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dongda Polyrethane Co., Ltd. will learn from the cooperation experience between SPA and foreign enterprises to continuously advance school-enterprise cooperation.
