In order to substantially accelerate centralized regulation of production safety and fire prevention and control in winter and spring, ensure safe production of the city and stable security at year-end and beginning of year, on Jan 22, 2020, a team led by Yu Lie, Party secretary of Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau, came to Jinshan district to carry out special supervision and inspection. The team inspected Cross-enterprise Training Center, Numerical Control Training Building and Chemical Engineering Training Building, etc. During the visit, they were briefed on the priorities of SPA like acceleration of in-depth production-education integration, proactive implementation of safe production training for enterprises, standardization of management safety of training places. Yu Lie fully affirmed the achievements of SPA in school-enterprise cooperation, serving production safety, standardizing training management, etc. Yu Lie pointed that school safety is an important part of school management, which should be placed great emphasis on. Safety hazard investigation should be carried out, including key aspects like fire prevention, social security and practical training to ensure campus security and stability in all aspects.
