On April 29, which nearly coincides with the 1st anniversary of school-enterprise cooperation between INOV Group and Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Jia Xueqin, director of HR of INOV Group, Wang Lili, HR manager of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd of INOV Group and Xie Yunting, assistant manager of General Administration Section of Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd of INOV Group visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Gao Ju, principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, warmly met with the guests. Both sides recalled the cooperation and discussed future win-win prospects.
Jia Xueqin fully hailed the active school-enterprise cooperation impact on the company. The already concluded training is targeted and efficient. She sincerely expected to broaden the cooperation channels, such as conducting positive propaganda about enterprise on campus, arranging students to have internship in enterprise, inviting enterprise lecturers to class and organizing culture exchanges, which eventually contributes to the cultivation of excellent first-line technical personnel.
Gao Ju echoed what Jia Xueqin proposed. He introduced the current priorities being carried out in SPA. At present, SPA is proactively preparing for the declaration of higher vocational college and accelerating the building of Shanghai Emergency Management Examination Training and Drill Integrated Base. Gao Ju noted that Shanghai Petrochemical Academy has been continuously sticking to serving enterprises and cultivating talents as its social responsibility. In the past year, both sides have made preliminary achievements. It is expected that both sides will strengthen communication to broaden the cooperation path.
Wang Lili recalled the cooperation in the past year. On April 26, 2019, it is the first time that Shanghai Dongda Chemical Co., Ltd of INOV Group has visited SPA to discuss cooperation. In May, 2019, there were several rounds of exchanges between enterprise and school. On April 30, 2019, official cooperation was launched by jointly holding the cooperation signing ceremony and unveiling ceremony of INOV HR Training Base. In August, 87 INOV new employees had 2-week training in SPA. In December, Dongda employees participated in the Santoni Cup football match organized by SPA. In January, 2020, 30 backbone technicians of INOV Group attended special training in SPA.
