On May 8, Gu Huiqin, Employer Brand Manager of Covestro, Li Xiaoqiu, Recruitment Specialist of Covestro and Wu Yichen, HR Specialist of Covestro visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy in order to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and better facilitate the talent cultivation work featuring issues on how to establish the new Covestro Class.
Gao Ju noted that Covestro and SPA are close partners, whose cooperation has been hailed as the model for cooperation between school and enterprises. At present, SPA is proactively preparing for current priorities like the building of higher vocational college and accelerating Shanghai Emergency Management Examination Training and Drilling Integrated Base, the aim of which is to foster higher quality talent for enterprises.
Gu Huiqin and her team better understood students’ course setup, employment trends, etc. Both sides had deep discussions on corporate propaganda, interviews, setting up classes, etc. to have clearer and broader train of thought of the new Covestro Class. After the discussion, the visitors visited the Chemical Engineering Building of SPA.
