On May 28, Zhou Qipei, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Education Technology Equipment Center of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Zhao Xiaowei, director of Faculty Training Management Section, Pan Bo, Director of Vocational Education Equipment Management Section, Shang Xiaoping, Deputy Director of Faculty Training Management Section, came to SPA to inspect informationalization construction work of SPA. Gao Ju, Principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Lin Guoxin, Party Secretary and Huang Hanjun, Vice Principal accompanied the visitors.
With the company of school leaders, Zhou Qipei and her group visited School History Museum, Chemical Engineering and Human Science Gallery, Chemical Engineering Training Building, Broadcasting Center, Network Operations Center and Video Conference Room, etc.
At the meeting, the leaders present conducted discussion and communication on informationalization construction, faculty management, virtual simulation training room construction, vocational education group innovation, etc. Gao Ju extended thanks to leaders of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission for their care and support. Gao Ju gave a report on general situation of the school featuring basic information, school-running strategies, major achievements, and future plan, emphasizing on SPA’s internationalization, informationalization, etc. Director in charge of Information Center of SPA introduced the prospects and advancements of school’s informationalization from three aspects, targeted learning, digital governance and smart management.
Zhou Qipei expressed satisfaction in the implementation of SPA’s current various work. She said that SPA has taken the lead in school-enterprise cooperation, specialty construction, training room building, etc. SPA’s informationalization construction is characteristic and faculty training is systemic. She sincerely expected SPA to tap its advantage and play a greater role in teachers’ training and standard development and formulation.
