On the morning of August 29, to further implement 《Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Demonstration VR Simulation Practical Training Room Guidelines》and to further advance school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and INOV Group jointly held the unveiling ceremony of INOV Shanghai Dongda Virtual Simulation Demonstration Practical Training Base. Xu Jun, chairman of INOV Group, Gao Ju, principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, teachers from relevant departments of SPA attended the ceremony.
Gao Ju noted in his speech that the cooperation between SPA and INOV has been gradually closer and better. On August 24, as the newest school-enterprise cooperation project, Shanghai Secondary Vocational School Demonstration VR Simulation Practical Training Room of SPA which is jointly established by INOV is selected among the construction list of Shanghai Education Commission. It is expected that both sides will take the construction of Chemical VR Simulation Practical Training Room as a new opportunity, attach significance to forming students’ comprehensive vocational abilities via VR simulation practical training, apply high and new technology, promote deep integration of information technology and practical teaching, proactively explore smart practical teaching methods, fully tap the efficacy of VR simulation practical training resources, and efficiently set up VR simulation teaching resources software platform.
Gao Ju and Xu Jun unveiled the plaque of INOV Shanghai Dongda Virtual Simulation Demonstration Practical Training Base on behalf of SPA and INOV. At the ceremony, INOV Group summarized the training of new employees and awarded those outstanding.
The unveiling ceremony is SPA’s important strategy of boosting deep integration of education and production and fully improving talent cultivation quality, which also marks a new stage of cooperation between school and enterprise. The construction of the new demonstration base will accelerate school’s vocational education talent cultivation and post vocational skilled talent training to a new level.
