On Sept. 4, with the company of Xue Mei, director of Vocational Education Section of Jinshan Education Bureau, Wu Ying, deputy director of Jinshan Education Bureau, and her team paid an inspection tour to Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Gao Ju, principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Huang Hanjun, vice principal and teachers from the General Administration Office and Internationalization Office warmly received the visitors and attended the meeting.
At the meeting, both sides had face-to-face communication on issues concerning the building of the new higher vocational college and the trilateral signing of cooperation of the construction (the People’s Government of Jinshan District, the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park and the Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited). Wu Ying pointed out that the preparation and building of the new higher vocational college calls for collaboration with higher level relevant departments to efficiently advance the work. It is agreed that the signing ceremony will be held at Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, so SPA is required to make all the details of signing ceremony meticulous and careful.
After the meeting, Wu Ying and her group went to the new building construction site on northern campus to hear the report on the project and know about the functions and plans of supervision and usage after completion. The safety of the construction and the quality of the building should be guaranteed, she stressed.
