On Oct. 21, a team led by Li Rong, Dean of School of Chemical Technology of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic and Yun Na, Associate Dean of School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy to learn about internationalization and other school-running issues. Principal Gao Ju warmly met with the guests.
Li Rong and her team visited School History Museum, Chemical Industry and Human Science Exhibition Hall, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Numerical Control Open Training Center and AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base. Via the visit, the guests had a clear understanding of SPA’s strategies and achievements of reform and development.
At the meeting, Gao Ju introduced SPA with a PPT entitled "Deepening Production-Education Combination, Advancing Internationalization Construction of Specialties" featuring school’s brief information, school-running strategies and achievements, etc., especially school-enterprise cooperation, production-education combination, internationalization, government-school cooperation and education-training integration.
Li Rong expressed gratitude for the warm reception. She hailed the school-running performance that SPA has achieved in recent years. Li Rong introduced the information and development of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic and expected to strengthen school-school communication and exchanges to advance the internationalization of both schools.
