On Oct. 23, a five-member group led by Zhao Minghua, deputy director of Changshu Education Bureau, Chen Zhengdong, director of Organization of the Personnel and Labour Bureau of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tang Liming, Chief of Safety and Environment Protection Agency of Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xu Lijuan, Principal of Changshu Riverside Vocational School and a three-member group led by Xia Yingchun, General Manager of Beijing East Simulation Group visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy.
With the company of Gao Ju, the guests visited School History Museum, Chemical Industry and Human Science Exhibition Hall, Cross-enterprise Training Center to learn about SPA’s development and operation and management of training rooms. They also visited AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base to learn about the operation of the base. When they came to the examination site of Shanghai Safety Skills Production Qualification (Hazardous Chemicals), teachers from the Chemical Engineering Department showed the simulation examination process on various equipment.
At the meeting, Gao Ju introduced SPA’s brief information, school-running strategies and future prospects and plans with a presentation entitled “Deepening School-Enterprise Combination, Creating the Cradle of Craftsmanship Spirit”.
Chen Zhengdong briefly introduced Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone. He expressed that they will firmly support Changshu Riverside Vocational School to learn from Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and cooperate with SPA to serve the development of safe production of Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Zhao Minghua pointed out that Changshu Riverside Vocational School should strengthen communication with SPA and learn from SPA’s successful experience in carrying out special operation safety skills training as Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Base.
Xu Lijuan introduced Changshu Riverside Vocational School to all the people present. She hoped to advance cooperation in internationalization, safety skills training, etc. with SPA.
Xia Yingchun gave a basic introduction on Beijing East Simulation Group. He highly hailed SPA’s remarkable achievements in production-education combination, school-enterprise cooperation, government-school cooperation, education-training integration, etc.
