On Nov. 5th, in a bid to deepen production-education combination, advance school-enterprise cooperation and practically serve the innovative development of Jinshan Industry Park, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. School-Enterprise Cooperation Signing Ceremony was successfully held in the multifunctional hall of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Wu Ying, deputy director of Jinshan Education Bureau, Huang Tao, deputy general manager of Jinshan Industry Park, Ma Yuan, general manager of Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd., Wang Wentao, manager of Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd., Gao Ju, principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and Lin Guoxin, Party secretary of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Du Haiyan, deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy.
Gao Ju recalled the exchanges and communication between Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. in the past two years in his remarks, ranging from visiting SPA’s training facilities and equipment and learning about school’s localized dual talent training module to visiting Zeeco’s factory and understanding the urgent need of first line operators of the enterprise. It is expected that SPA will take the signing as an opportunity, meticulously strengthen the deep cooperation with Zeeco, make great efforts to foster graduates satisfying the enterprise and substantially serve the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy.
Ma Yuan introduced the global position of Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. and the building of the company in Jinshan. He shared the philosophy of Zeeco, including long-term investment, careful plan and implementation, taking root in the east and serving the whole globe. Ma Yuan expressed his sincere gratitude to SPA for its strong support and expected for fruitful cooperative results as soon as possible. It is also expected that the potential students will master comprehensive skills, fully make the best of the development platform the company provides and start their career more confidently.
At the ceremony, Gao Ju and Ma Yuan signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of school and enterprise.
Huang Tao extended warm congratulations to the signing of cooperation on behalf of Jinshan Industry Park. He pointed out that school-enterprise is an irreversible trend. Jinshan Industry Park will firmly support the cooperation between Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and Zeeco (China) Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd., further advance the upgrade of the industry and guarantee the talent pool. The signing of school-enterprise cooperation is an important strategy of deepening production-education combination in the electromechanical specialty of SPA, which aims to boost the talent cultivation in vocational education and post-vocational skilled personnel training and elevate the efficiency.
