On Dec. 11, the summary meeting of the 1st Jinshan Hazardous Chemical Enterprise Skills Improvement Training Session and the mobilization meeting of the 2nd Training Session was held in the conference hall of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Miao Yong, deputy director of Jinshan Emergency Management Bureau, Huang Hanjun, vice principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, leaders of 44 hazardous chemical enterprises, outstanding trainees of the 1st training session and all the trainees of the 2nd session attended the meeting, which was presided over by Zhang Haixia, director of the General Administration Office of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy.
At the meeting, Huang Hanjun announced the winning list of the 1st training session. Leaders from Jinshan Emergency Management Bureau and Shanghai Petrochemical Academy presented certificates of honor and prizes to the outstanding trainees of the 1st session.
Miao Yong summarized the training of the 1st session and put forward requirements for the 2nd session. Miao Yong noted that together with the care and support of Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau, constant efforts that SPA has made, joint collaboration of hazardous chemical enterprises and hard work of all the trainees, the 1st training session has achieved expected results. Miao Yong put forward three requirements for the next stage training. It is hoped that all the hazardous chemical enterprises will profoundly acknowledge the significance of safety skills training work to the safe development of hazardous chemical enterprises, further implement the principal responsibility, make safety skills training one of the priorities of three-year action plan of every hazardous chemical enterprise and gradually improve the implementation process. He also expected all the trainees to fully acknowledge the importance of training to the development of their own, have a correct thinking and devote themselves to safety skills training. Meanwhile, SPA is expected to further set up stricter training standards, improve efficacy of training and cultivate more skilled personnel for Jinshan hazardous chemical industry.
Two outstanding trainees from the 1st training session were invited to share training experience with all the trainees present. Both of them thought that during the training, theory is efficiently combined with practice; training content is closely connected with enterprise safe production, so trainees' safety awareness and standardized operation is reinforced, trainees' safe production quality is improved, which will greatly contribute to the improvement of the whole hazardous chemical industry.
Gu Jianping, director of Vocational Skills Training Section of SPA, introduced the training of the 1st session. Yan Xiaoli, director of Chemical Engineering Department of SPA, introduced the training plan, including training duration, content, assessment, etc.
After the meeting, Wang Hui from the Chemical Engineering Department of SPA gave the 1st lecture to all the trainees of the 2nd training session.
