On Jan. 12, 2021, in a bid for advancing production-education deep integration and achieve win-win common development, Sun Jianguo, Vice General Manager of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. and Fang Min, Director of Manager's Office of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and explored pragmatic strategies of strengthening cooperation between industry park and school. Gao Ju, Principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, met with the guests sincerely.
Sun Jianguo and Fang Min visited School History Museum, Chemical Industry and Human Science Exhibition Hall, Cross-enterprise Training Center and Chemical Engineering Training Building. They affirmed the advanced practical training construction and rich management experience of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and expressed hopes to further deepen cooperation.
At the meeting, Gao Ju expounded on the development course and school-running achievements of SPA in the past 40 plus years, especially school-enterprise cooperation, internationalization construction, enterprise employees' training, etc. Sun Jianguo recalled the wonderful memories of cooperation in the past 20 years. He emphasized the strong support of talents provided by SPA in the development of SCIP and expressed sincere expectations of cooperation under the new context of development. It is expected that both sides will complement with each other, broaden communications and exchanges and practically boost regional production-education integration.
Both sides also had discussions on park-school strategic cooperation agreement amendment, safety training, employees' certification and training, industry park open day interaction, scholarship, etc. and reached consensus, laying a solid foundation for the next stage cooperation.
