On the morning of March 25, 2021, leaders from five enterprises of Chamber of Commerce of Jinshan Second Industrial Zone headed by Cai Lanying visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. At the meeting room, both sides exchanged views on setting up classes jointly and employees' training. Principal Gao Ju and teachers from Enrollment and Employment Department, Vocational Skills Training Center and Chemical Engineering Department of SPA attended the meeting.
The visitors were briefed on the top priorities being carried out in SPA. Gao Ju recalled the development path of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy with the visitors. He expected that the enterprises located in Jinshan Second Industrial Zone attach more importance to talent cultivation, practically care for the growth and development of students and foster students’ sense of belonging and recognition.
Wu Yongguan, director of Enrollment and Employment Department of SPA, briefly introduced SPA's students' cultivation model. It is expected that enterprises should do a good of publicity to demonstrate their advantages and attract more graduates to join the construction of Jinshan Second Industrial Zone. Gu Jianping, director of Vocational Skills Training Center of SPA, introduced related businesses of the training center and expected more cooperation between SPA and Jinshan Second Industrial Zone will be conducted.
Leaders from the five enterprises expressed their needs for talent and all hoped to have more communication and exchange with SPA.
