On March 27, 2021, Xie Jingshan, training expert of National Emergency Management Ministry, and Qin Yang, Deputy General Manager of East Simulation Software Technology Co., Ltd., visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Principal Gao Ju met with the guests.
With the company of Gao Ju, the guests visited School History Museum, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Electromechanical Training Building and Chemical Engineering Training Building to learn about the construction of SPA's training rooms and the management and operation of Shanghai Safe Production Qualification Testing Center.
At the meeting room of the Chemical Engineering Training Building, three sides had further communication. The guests were briefed on SPA's fundamental information, school-running features, major achievements and future prospects. Xie Jingshan noted that SPA's development philosophy is clear, sophisticated, farseeing and fruitful. Through case analysis, relative rules and regulations and other methods, Xie Jinshan gave specific guidance and recommendations on the construction of Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Practical Training Demonstration Base and Virtual Reality Simulation Training Room in Hazardous Chemical Industry, which provides clear thoughts for related work to be conducted in SPA.
