On May 26th, He Biying, General Manager of Zhejiang Huiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and President of Hangzhou Bay (Shangyu) Public Training Base for Green Chemical Talents, Wu Wei, Director of Operation of Hangzhou Bay (Shangyu) Public Training Base for Green Chemical Talents visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy to conduct research on the construction of high-quality training base. Principal Gao Ju and teachers of relevant departments attended the event.
At the symposium, He Biying expressed her gratitude for the warm reception of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, hoping to learn from the advanced experience of SPA's training construction and promote the high-quality development of the training base. Gao Ju introduced the basic situation of the school, shared a series of achievements made by SPA's school-running initiatives, such as school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education, international benchmarking, quality improvement, cooperation between government and school, and combination of education and training, and put forward specific suggestions from the aspects of target orientation, functional planning and construction of teaching staff. The two sides stated that they will further strengthen exchanges and communication to jointly promote the high-quality development of the training base.
Before the meeting, He Biying and her party visited the School History Museum, Cross-enterprise Training Center, Electromechanical Training Building and Chemical Comprehensive Training Building, and learned about the operation, use and management of the school training devices on the spot.
Hangzhou Bay (Shangyu) Public Training Base for Green Chemical Talents started to be built in March 2019 and put into operation in April 2020. It covers an area of 4,500 square meters with an investment of about 30 million yuan. It is the first national-level Construction Unit of Demonstration and Training Base for Skilled Talents and a public training base for enterprises in Hangzhou Bay (Shangyu) Economic and Technological Development Zone and its surrounding areas.
