On July 15th, accompanied by Yu Danqun, deputy director of Jinshan District Emergency Bureau, Shen Xinlong, deputy director of Fengxian District Emergency Bureau, led a delegation of six people to Shanghai Petrochemical Academy to conduct research on promoting cooperation in hazardous safety skills training. Principal Gao Ju and teachers of relevant departments attended the research activities.
Shen Xinlong and his party visited the Cross-enterprise Training Center, Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base and AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base, inspected the safety training of enterprise employees on the spot, and learned about the construction and operation of Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base and Shanghai Safety Production Qualification Examination (Dangerous Chemicals) Test Center.
Gao Ju introduced the basic school-running situation, especially pointed out that in recent years, the school has benchmarked international standards, improved quality, formed localized dual talent training standards, and established AHK Sino-German Chemical Vocational Training Base. Related government departments and Shanghai Petrochemical Academy joined hands, combined education and training, carried out various types of staff training, and established the Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base, which has greatly improved the service capacity of vocational education. Shen Xinlong said that Shanghai Petrochemical Academy has advanced school-running concepts, distinctive school-running characteristics and abundant teachers. He fully affirmed the efforts and achievements of the school in safety skills training for employees in hazardous industries, and hoped to strengthen the in-depth cooperation between Jinshan and Fengxian in the future and consolidate the construction of Shanghai Comprehensive Training and Demonstration Base for Safety Skills, which not only serves Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, Shanghai Petrochemical Industry Park, Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Park, but also radiates to Shanghai Fengxian and the wider chemical industry area on the north bank of Hangzhou Bay as soon as possible, making greater contributions to improving the safety skills of employees in hazardous industries. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on how to carry out training for various personnel in hazardous industries and effectively improve the safety literacy of employees in hazardous industries.
This visit has opened up a new way for SPA to further expand the service of Shanghai Comprehensive Training and Demonstration Base of Safety Skills under the new situation, which is conducive to giving full play to the role of demonstration radiation, effectively filling the shortcomings of safety quality of employees in high-risk industries, and making contributions to the continuous improvement of the regional chemical production situation.
