In the Safety and Environment Center of the Jinshan No 2 Industrial Park, the two sides exchanged views on promoting the training of employees of enterprises in Jinshan No 2 Industrial Park and promoting the construction of chemical safety base. Wang Yiming introduced the overall situation of enterprises in Jinshan No 2 Industrial Park, emphasized that safety is the guarantee for the development of enterprises and industrial parks, and focused on the key pilot demonstration work to promote the construction of hazardous chemicals safety training network in chemical parks. He hoped to strengthen cooperation with Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, learn from the valuable experience and practices of SPA, build a chemical safety skills training base that provides supporting services, a professional and market-oriented management and operation mechanism, build and use a safety training space that combines online and offline, ensure the benchmarking of the key personnel's safety qualification is solid and in-depth, and the action of upgrading chemical personnel's education is solid and effective, and finally form the experience and practice that can be replicated and promoted in the construction of the national hazardous chemicals safety training network. Gao Ju introduced the course and significance of school-enterprise cooperation in detail. SPA introduced and localized the German vocational training system, formed a series of standard systems and training programs, and improved the construction of hardware facilities and trainers. By benchmarking international standards and integrating modern information technology, the school has trained a large number of high-quality technical talents for chemical parks and enterprises inside and outside the region.
