Zheng Ying pointed out in her remarks that during the development of more than 40 years, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy has always adhered to the integration of production and education, successfully built the destiny community of school-enterprise cooperation, built the four-in-one vocational education development community of government, industry, enterprise and school, formed the dual training standard of localized talents with international standards, which has made important contributions to regional economic and social development. She hopes that Shanghai Petrochemical Academy will take this cooperation signing as an opportunity to create new achievements in promoting the integration of production, education and community. She says the Jinshan District Education Bureau will fully support the school-industrial park cooperation.
Sheng Wei fully affirmed that the municipal demonstration base established in the school had carried out more than 13,000 person-times of training and testing in just over one year. He is convinced that the signing of the contract will surely make the integration of the base and regional economic development closer, and he sincerely hopes that the school will actively stimulate the demonstration and radiation role of the base, and earnestly build a first-class training base and cultivate first-class hazardous chemical employees to boost the healthy and sustainable development of the economy.
Cheng Lin introduced the basic situation and development trend of Jinshan No.2 Industrial Park. He says that enterprises in industrial parks urgently need high-quality skilled personnel for safe production, and this cooperation is of far-reaching significance. At the signing ceremony, Gao Ju introduced the basic situation and characteristics of the school, and shared the construction of Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training and Demonstration Base. He notes that the school will continue to deepen the integration of production and education, adhere to the combination of education and training, and the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of talent training base, order-based dual talent training, and post-job training of enterprise employees.
The teacher in charge of the training base of the school introduced AHK localized vocational training system and safety skills upgrading training system for employees in hazardous chemical industries. Subsequently, the training of new employees in hazardous chemical industry in Jinshan No.2 Industrial Park officially started.
