In order to implement the Implementation Plan of Excellent Reserve Cadres in Primary and Secondary Schools in Yangtze River Delta to Post in Quality Schools (2019-2021) by the education departments of four provinces and cities in Yangtze River Delta (Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and Jiangsu), and to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between schools, on October 13th, Wu Jialiang, headmaster of Jingning She Autonomous County Vocational High School, Ye Xin, Director of School Supervision Section and Ye Weiwei, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Section, visited Shanghai Petrochemical Academy and were warmly received by Principal Gao Ju.
Gao Ju introduced the school from three aspects: school profile, school-running measures and development prospects. Wu Jialiang thanked SPA for its warm reception, introduced the basic situation of Jingning She Autonomous County Vocational High School, and especially introduced the basic situation of Ye Weiwei, the cadre who came to Shanghai Petrochemical Academy for exchange. He hoped that the on-the-job exchange cadre would seize the opportunity, conscientiously implement the on-the-job exchange program, and be learners and communicators of advanced educational concepts and thoughts. Gao Ju said that SPA will conscientiously carry out the training and management of the reserve cadre, provide necessary working and living conditions, create a good training environment for the reserve cadre and ensure that the training and exchange is effective.
Before the meeting, Wu Jialiang and his party also visited the School History Museum, Numerical Control Open Training Center and Economic and Trade Training Center to learn about the professional construction of the school and exchanged the methods and experiences of professional construction and school-enterprise cooperation.
