On November 19th, the award ceremony of Hanbell Scholarship in the 2020 academic year was held in the Multi-functional Hall of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy. Present at the ceremony were Wang Yunfei, head of the Human Resources Department of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhang Tao, HR specialist of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd., Du Haiyan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, Xu Weidong, director of the Electromechanical Department, Yu Jie, secretary of the Party branch of the Electromechanical Department, and Qi Aiqing, deputy director of the General Administration Office. Also present at the ceremony were some teachers of the Electromechanical Department of our school, and class teachers and students of two Hanbell International Classes. The award ceremony was presided over by Tang Chenwei, deputy director of the Electromechanical Department.
First of all, Du Haiyan delivered a speech. Du Haiyan welcomed the staff of Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. and thanked the enterprise for its support in the process of school-enterprise cooperation. It is hoped that school-enterprise cooperation will become closer and closer, and highly-skilled talents will be cultivated together. Then, Xu Weidong announced the winners of Hanbell Scholarship in the 2020 academic year. The leaders presented awards to 36 students who won the first, second, third and fourth prizes of Hanbell Scholarship in the 2020 academic year.
Gu Hongchi, the first prize winner of Hanbell Scholarship in the 2020 academic year, spoke as a student representative. Gu Hongchi thanked the school and enterprise for the encouragement, concern and help. Whether studying professional courses at school or practising in enterprise, he can feel the meticulous cultivation of the school and the enterprise. He said that winning the honor made him more motivated, and he must study hard and live up to expectations.
Finally, Wang Yunfei thanked the school for its warm reception, and through sincere cooperation between the school and the enterprise, SPA has delivered batches of high-quality talents to the enterprise. Wang Yunfei put forward ardent hopes for the students of Hanbell International Classes, hoping that the students will study hard, strive to improve themselves and become useful people to society.
Hanbell Scholarship has been held for three consecutive years, which has inspired a large number of students majoring in Numerical Control Technology Application in our school to study hard for knowledge and skills, be innovative and brave, and strive to be better. Since the signing of the school-enterprise cooperation agreement between our school and Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2018, both sides have jointly set up classes. In the teaching, the Hanbell culture is infiltrated as early as possible, and the corporate cognitive training, rotation internship, and post internship are carried out in an orderly manner. Nowadays, the students of the first school-enterprise cooperation class have been working as interns in various posts in Hanbell, and the school-enterprise cooperation has achieved success. It is believe that school-enterprise cooperation will be closer to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
