In order to continuously deepen the integration of school and enterprise and improve comprehensive service and national influence, Shanghai Petrochemical Academy actively undertook the training of "Chemical Trainer" of Luxi Group Co., Ltd., which lasted 40 days. This training started on October 11th, 2021, involving four modules: vocational pedagogy and teaching methods, training organization ability, hazardous and chemical safety skills, and chemical engineering special skills. With the full cooperation of the General Administration Office, the General Affairs Office and the Chemical Engineering Department, the training task was successfully completed on November 19th, 2021.
On October 11th, the launch of "Chemical Trainer" course officially kicked off. Gao Ju, principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, expressed his welcome to the employees of Luxi Group, and hoped that the trainees would cherish this training opportunity and gain satisfactory training results. Then, Yan Xiaoli, head of the Chemical Engineering Department of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, introduced the training arrangements in detail and put forward requirements for the trainees during their training in school.
This "Chemical Trainer" training course of Luxi Group is divided into four modules. The module of vocational pedagogy and teaching methods was jointly completed by Vice Principal Huang Hanjun and Ms. Wu Min. Huang Hanjun started his lecture from four aspects: vocational education, the concept and function of vocational education, the research object and significance of vocational education, and the emergence and development of vocational education, which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the trainees. Ms. Wu Min started with the analysis of the characteristics of trainers and trainees, the preparation of training plans, typical classroom teaching case analysis, brainstorming teaching method, action-oriented teaching method, etc., which were combined with classroom activities, students' self-explanation and analysis mode, etc. She cultivated trainees' thinking and teaching methods from various angles, so as to improve trainees' ability through practice.
The training organization ability module was jointly completed by Principal Gao Ju, enterprise experts and school teachers. The training content of this module includes communication reporting, responsibility and care, on-site management and communication reporting tools, etc. The content of the module focuses on the training planning and management ability. Through experience sharing, the teachers improved the overall training control ability of the trainees.
The training contents of the two modules of chemical safety skills and chemical special skills include safety protection, safe operation, emergency, pipelines and valves, chemical reaction, fluid transportation, chemical detection instruments, distillation, confined space operation, laboratory technology and so on. The teaching content focuses on the combination of theory and practice. Teachers improved trainees' practical teaching ability by showing the teaching structure and teaching content. Through the study of this module, the trainees not only enhance their manual operation ability and improved the basic knowledge structure, but also learn how to design the teaching structure and the teaching framework in practical teaching.
On November 19th, the comprehensive test of "Chemical Trainer" training of Luxi Group Co., Ltd., Ltd. was successfully carried out in the Comprehensive Chemical Engineering Training Building. Through making active preparations and combining with what they have learned, the trainees fully demonstrated themselves in the final report and achieved satisfactory results in the test.
The "Chemical Trainer" training of Shandong Luxi Group Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. Through this training, the concept of school-enterprise cooperation has been further implemented, and solid experience has been accumulated for future training.
