On July 25th, Director of Learning and Development of Human Resources Department of Sinochem International Corporation, Ci Longjiang and Manager of Learning and Development of Human Resources Department, Gong Wengang visited our school to discuss cooperation in training chemical employees. Gao Ju, Principal of Shanghai Petrochemical Academy, warmly received the guests.
Gao Ju introduced the school's specific practices and achievements in the construction of the new higher vocational college, school-running characteristics and enterprise employee training, hoping to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between the school and Sinochem International Corporation in talent cultivation and enterprise employee training. Ci Longjiang spoke highly of the remarkable achievements made by the school in personnel fostering and enterprise employee training, and hoped that the cooperation between the two sides would provide strong support for the development of the company. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the formulation of enterprise localized training programs and the training of trainers and reached consensus that they will further strengthen contact and communication, and promote the cooperation between the two sides to achieve pragmatic results.
Before the meeting, Ci Longjiang and Gong Wengang visited the school's Cross-enterprise Training Center, Chemical Engineering Training Building and other places, inspected the school's training facilities on the spot, and exchanged ideas on the practical aspects of enterprise employee training.
During the accompanying visit, Gao Ju, on behalf of the school, specially expressed gratitude to the instructors and participants who are participating in the training of the National Vocational Skills Competition and the Shanghai World Skills Competition, urging them to balance between work and rest, to strive for good results in the competition and to make self-achievements and glory for the school.
