On September 13th, Yao Yan, president of Pinghu Vocational Secondary School and Yan Jin, vice president, visited our school and exchanged views on the construction of Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base and safety skills training for employees in hazardous chemicals industry. Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry College, and Chen Xiaobin, president of the school, warmly received the guests.
Gao Ju extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Pinghu Vocational Secondary School, and introduced the setup of specialties and future planning of the new higher vocational college, especially the training, examination and certification of employees in chemical industry being carried out in the Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base and the Safety Production Qualification Examination Site. Chen Xiaobin said that the school has a good cooperative relationship with Pinghu Vocational Secondary School. He hoped that both sides will strengthen communication and exchange, jointly promote the construction of safety production training base, and make new contributions to the economic and social integration development in the Yangtze River Delta region. Further exchange on the specific details of safety skills training for employees in hazardous chemicals industry and the construction of safety production training base was also conducted.
Yao Yan and his party visited the Shanghai Safety Skills Comprehensive Training Demonstration Base, observed the simulation process of training, examination and certification on the spot, and learned more about the equipment purchase and the development of training courses.
