As the saying goes, “April showers bring May flowers.” Recently, our school teacher Yang Liaoyuan won 2021 Jinshan Youth May 4th Medal (individual).
Yang Liaoyuan is a teacher from the School of Chemical Engineering of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College. She firmly upholds the leadership of the Communist Party of China, always keeps in mind the concept of vocational education, earnestly fulfills the professional ethics of teachers, pays attention to her own image of morality, and have won many honorary titles, such as outstanding trainee, outstanding young teacher and outstanding Communist Party member.
Yang Liaoyuan keeps the teacher's mission in mind, strive to be one of the teachers with faith, virtue, knowledge and kindness, and constantly strengthens her teaching and scientific research ability. In teaching, she actively participates in all kinds of teaching methods competitions at all levels, constantly improves the level of education and teaching, and gets good results in teaching methods competitions many times. In recent years, she has actively participated in and undertaken all kinds of researches and projects from school level to national level. Meanwhile, she has actively participated in the National Vocational Skills Competition, and won the honorary title of Technical Expert in the National Petroleum and Chemical Industry.
As a young teacher, Yang Liaoyuan said that it is very important to continue to strengthen learning to improve her professional level. Learning to be perfect, learning the ways of study and learning to be innovative is the foundation, opportunity and source of strength for the development of young teachers.
