On May 21st, Zhang Xiuling, secretary of Dalat Banner Party Committee of Erdos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Yang Shuren, chairman of Moris Technology visited our school to discuss the cooperation of personnel training of vocational education. Gao Ju, secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College, warmly received the guests.
In the meeting room on the first floor of the Chemical Comprehensive Training Building, the two sides conducted deep communication and exchange. Gao Ju extended warm welcome to Zhang Xiuling and her inspection team, introduced school-running characteristics in the aspects of integration of production and education, benchmarking with international standards, and combination of education and training, as well as the school's plan and prospect of seeking high-quality development, and expressed good expectations for school-region cooperation. Yang Shuren introduced the development of Moris Technology in Dalat, and shared the huge local demand for improving the ability of workers in the chemical industry. Zhang Xiuling spoke highly of the remarkable achievements and outstanding position of the school in the training of talents in the chemical industry, and expressed her urgent hope for effectively strengthening inter-provincial cooperation between school and region. She looked forward to strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the two sides on the principles of mutual benefit and win-win. The two sides conducted effective communication and reached a preliminary consensus around joint enrollment, targeted talent training, specialty co-construction, teacher cultivation and exchange.
Prior to the discussion, Zhang Xiuling and her team visited the School History Museum, the Exhibition Hall of Chemical Industry and Human Science Popularization, the Cross-enterprise Training Center, the Comprehensive Chemical Training Building and other places to understand the management of practical teaching, the construction and operation of equipment and facilities.
Leaders from Dalat Banner Party Committee Office, Government Office and relevant departments of Dalat Banner Economic Development Zone accompanied the inspection.
Dalate Banner is located in the north of Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, a national commodity grain base and a modern agricultural demonstration zone.
