In order to actively promote the construction of special students' practice base, improve the quality and efficiency, and jointly promote the high-quality development of Shanghai special vocational education, on December 29th, Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College and Qiantu Tea Culture Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ( "Tu Xiao Ai") successfully held the unveiling ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation practice base for special vocational education. Shi Wei, chairman of Jinshan District Disabled Persons' Federation, and Chen Xiaobin, president of the school, presented the plaque to the practice base.
At the unveiling ceremony, Shi Wei said that supporting the employment of the disabled and improving the employment quality of the disabled is the most direct and effective help for disabled families, and it is also the ultimate goal of the work of the Disabled Persons' Federation. The Disabled Persons' Federation will continue to actively support the internship and employment of 24 students in special education classes in our school. Chen Xiaobin said that the cooperation between school and enterprise to build an internship base is the key to promoting high-quality development of special vocational education. It is hoped that both sides will give full play to their respective advantages, pay attention to the cultivation of special students' vocational skills, living ability and labor consciousness, and promote the integration of school and society for special students. Lu Xuefeng, general manager of "Tu Xiao Ai", said that the public welfare project of "Tu Xiao Ai" starts with the internship and employment of students in special education classes of our school. It is the school and the enterprise that jointly promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education in special vocational education.
After the unveiling ceremony, Chen Xiaobin cordially visited five special interns of our school who were practicing internship in "Tu Xiao Ai" and sent new year's wishes. Chen Xiaobin inquired about the life and work of interns in detail, wishing them to achieve high-quality employment and create a beautiful and self-reliant life through "Tu Xiao Ai" tea, a window to show the self-improvement and hard work of the disabled.
The Report to the 20th National Congress specifically pointed out that from "supporting" to "running well" and then "strengthening", special education should strengthen inclusive development, and fully meet the needs of special students to receive general education, master skills and integrate into society. The school will continue to work hand in hand with "Tu Xiao Ai", and strive to build a high-quality and warm school-enterprise cooperation platform integrating care, talent training, scientific research and social services.
