It is hoped that the school will accurately meet the needs of regional industrial development, give full play to the advantages of its location and talents, promote the seamless connection of education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain, advance the all-round integration of structural elements of talent training supply and industrial demand, contribute to Jinshan’s continuously deepening the strategic requirements of North-South transformation, and enhance the school’s ability of serving high-quality development of the region.
Zheng Ying said Jinshan Education Bureau fully supports the construction and development of the new higher vocational college, and hopes that schools will firmly grasp the key point of integration of industry and education, adjust and optimize the layout of specialty structure, actively explore new modes and paths of deep integration of industry and education and collaborative education between school and enterprises, and continuously make new progress in personnel training, scientific research and social services.
At the symposium, the school reported on the current situation, bottlenecks and suggestions of the construction of the new higher vocational college. Focusing on the next step, the school makes it clear that it will conscientiously implement the instructions of the district leaders on the integration of industry and education, further deepen the integration of industry and education, adhere to the principle of promoting industry through teaching and assisting students through getting involved in production, and form a technician and technical personnel training system that is suitable for the modern industrial system, so as to train a large number of high-quality innovative talents and technical personnel for regional economic and social development.
