On March 16th, a review meeting on the professional competence of Sino-German joint certified trainers led by the Chemical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center was held in our school. The review committee was composed of experts from the Chemical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center and Chinese and German enterprises. Forty-four teachers from the school applied for the review and defense meeting, and experts reviewed the applicant's professional theoretical knowledge, training operation knowledge and training and teaching organization capabilities.
Last year, Chemical Industry Dual-System Trainer Training Base was officially unveiled in our school. The purpose of the base is to integrate the high-quality resources of China and Germany, build a training model and standard for high-skilled talents suitable for our national conditions, create high-level professional teachers, solve the difficulties of industry skills training, promote the international recognition of professional standards and certificates, and cultivate technicians and technical talents with an international vision, craftsman spirit, management expertise, superb operation and innovation for enterprises. The training standards for chemical technicians, chemical experimenters, chemical enterprise team leaders' professional abilities, chemical safety basic abilities, German dual system chemical trainers, chemical assessors, etc., mainly compiled by our school, have been approved by the Chemical Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center and used to carry out the joint certification of Sino-German chemical professional competence.
