In order to further strengthen the in-depth cooperation between school and enterprise and promote the effective implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, on April 26th, Ma Xiaowei, Vice Minister of Organization Department of Shanghai Petrochemical Party Committee, visited Shanghai Modern Chemical Industry Vocational College, and Gao Ju, Party Secretary of our school, attended the symposium. The two sides exchanged views on specific issues of school-enterprise cooperation.
Gao Ju introduced the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation in recent years. He expressed the hope that the two sides will take this school-enterprise symposium as an opportunity to further explore ideas, empower both sides by combining superior resources of school and enterprise, actively explore new modes of personnel training, and achieve mutual benefit and common development between school and enterprise.
Ma Xiaowei noted that Shanghai Petrochemical and our school have a good foundation for cooperation, and it is a strategic choice in line with the fundamental interests of the development of both sides to continue to strengthen cooperation. Both sides should promote complementary advantages and strengthen personnel training, hoping that through school-enterprise cooperation, talents can be further attracted and retained, which will inject new vitality into the development of the enterprise.
At the symposium, both the school and the enterprise exchanged views and reached a consensus on issues such as teacher training, training base construction and employee training. The two sides highly agree to further expand the field of cooperation, create a new benchmark for school-enterprise cooperation in terms of joint training of talents, joint construction and sharing, realize a win-win situation between school and enterprise, and jointly contribute to serving regional economic development and major construction in Shanghai.
